Woodbridge Home Exteriors is a family-owned and op-
erated company that has been installing premium, in-
sulated vinyl siding, doors, windows, and other home
improvement and replacement products, such as sof-
fits and fascia, since 1989. Mitchell Spector, Wood-
bridge’s CEO and founder, started the business after
working at his father’s siding company. “I had worked
for my father for about 12 years,” he explains, “and I
realized very early on that I was always going to be his
son and when it came to business decisions, he was
always going to be the dad, and make the decisions
he wanted to make. It was a great experience – those
12 years with him – but I decided if I was ever going to
