Projects were postponed, and now there’s a high demand to complete backlogged maintenance, turnarounds and new projects.”

Material costs and supply chain disruptions have also posed challenges. “We see increases across the market and continuously challenge ourselves and our vendors to think creatively,” Dawyd notes.

“Innovation is crucial, whether finding new products or improving material application processes. Our goal is to do more with less and maintain our high standards.”
