“AppFolio connects to about 40 platforms, including Buildout, that it automatically feeds our listings to… That platform automatically loads us to those sites. So our clients are getting a lot more exposure than some of our competition, who are just putting them on the main sites or their website or sending flyers to the local agents via email. We’re getting global exposure on most of our listings that way,” Turner explains.
Altogether, these tools enable the team to automate listings, enhance tenant interactions, and provide clients with real-time data and analytics.

Still, at the same time, we already have some of the best in the market that we work with, from everything from roofers to janitorial… we’ve done a ton of work locally with Farha Roofing and Precision Construction Services. Cook’s Heating and Cool does a lot of work for us as well… They’re locally owned and operated, and we really try to focus on that,” Turner explains.

“However, price isn’t everything—service and quality always come first,” Turner confirms.
