Toronto’s West End. Situated in a borough of quaint

The company’s second high-rise development is the
Ocean Club Condominium in Etobicoke. Construction
of its two buildings – one of 10 stories and another
of 39 – began in early 2012 and was completed just
this year. The waterfront development has 516 units

in downtown Toronto, in the heart of the city’s enter-
tainment district, and across the street from Metro
