18 BUSINESS VIEW MAGAZINE DECEMBER 2020 POWER QUEST ION Adam Maxwell, Owner, inTech RV: “I would say ‘return to normal’. For us, for production and just life in general, I think seeing the return to normal would be healthier for people. Having that, when running a business, you’ll be able to see the future. Have a decent, more clear vision of what’s going to happen tomorrow. There are lots of changes right now and I think it would be good for everyone. I don’t want it to be the ‘new normal’, just a return to normal.” Meredith Tomczyk, Township Manager, Mount Laurel, New Jersey: “For me it would be ‘health’ and ‘success’. We look forward to COVID-19 ending and getting back to a normal and safe way of doing business. We can’t wait until restaurants can open to 100 percent; for our corporate businesses to have employees back in the offices instead of working from home, so they’re here to enjoy their lunch breaks – whether it’s shopping or eating. So trending for 2020, we’re looking for success for our businesses, but health and safety for our employees and our residents.”
