As a DC “Certified Business Enterprise” (or CBE), CW & Sons proudly serves the greater Washington and Mid-Atlantic region, according to Dusty Harbaugh and Jacob Robertson, respectively the company’s president and vice president who were each promoted into their current positions on January 1st of this year. We recently spoke with both gentlemen, and they told us more about what makes CW & Sons stand out. Harbaugh says the company has 14 crews on the street and is 135 employees strong right now - that’s an increase of over 20 percent since the beginning of the Pandemic. He adds that CW & Sons is committed to diversity and inclusivity, and the company has a significant number of employees from Hispanic backgrounds. Harbaugh adds “That is why information and meetings are all in English and Spanish. We have an obligation to our people to over- communicate with them. We are also committed to getting more women into this industry, not just in admin or engineering positions, but truly
