Both Keepence and Paone emphasize that innovation must serve accuracy, not replace it. Paone notes that while automation and AI are making inroads into the industry, human expertise remains essential.“You can automate data collection to a degree,” he says,“but interpretation still requires experience. Understanding how buildings are put together, how spaces connect, and what clients need - that’s something machines can’t fully replicate.” Keepence agrees, adding that human insight is what ensures data is meaningful. “Technology helps us measure faster and visualize better,” he says, “but it’s our people who make sure the results are right. That’s where the trust comes from.” EVOLVING WITH INTEGRITY Lasertech Floorplans’ ongoing success is a testament to its ability to adapt while remaining true to its mission.
