PROUD TO SERVE HAWAII’S PLUMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND COMMUNITIES Founded in 1994 and employee-owned, PACE operates more than 25 branches and Premier Bath & Kitchen showrooms across California, Oregon, and Hawaii, delivering the right products on time, keeping projects moving. PACE Supply’s story started when a small team bought a plumbing division from Bell Industries. It grew from Santa Rosa, Ukiah, and Napa branches to a Rohnert Park headquarters in 2010. In 2016, PACE acquired Hawaii Pacific Plumbing Supply, a respected company that shared its values of service, trust, and relationships. Since then, PACE expanded with a Honolulu branch adding to its Kona, Maui, and Waipahu locations. PACE Supply’s mission is to create opportunities for the welfare and success of its employeeowners by being the highest-performing partner to its customers. As a 100% employee-owned company, everyone at PACE has a stake in your success. Ownership drives a service model of knowledgeable teams, responsive solutions, and accountability. In Hawaii, leadership is Island-based and personal. Our newest branch opened in Honolulu in April 2025 and is led by Grant Howells, an 11-year PACE veteran who has grown from warehouse associate to Branch Manager. Grant builds strong relationships, ensuring Honolulu customers experience PACE’s service-first culture. In Waipahu,Tzegyi Vang began his PACE career six years ago as an Inside Sales associate before stepping into the role of Branch Manager for Hawaii’s largest location. From this hub, he supports O’ahu-based contractors and provides critical inventory support for neighbor island branches. Tzegyi ensures customers get what they need, when they need it. On Maui, Lilieni Laloulu-Saleimoa grew up in Kahului and joined PACE in 2016, where she began her career in the warehouse. Through dedication, she worked her way up to PACE Supply’s first female Branch Manager. Lilieni’s hands-on leadership empowers her team and strengthens ties with local contractors. Born in Kahuku and now a Big Island resident, Kaimana Ubando has deep community roots. Starting his career stocking shelves at Hawaii Pacific Plumbing in 2004, Kaimana worked through nearly every role, from counter sales to branch leadership. Today, as branch manager at Kona, he combines local knowledge with industry expertise to help contractors thrive.Together, these leaders reflect PACE’s commitment to investing in people who understand Hawaii’s unique building landscape. For PACE, partnership goes beyond products to supporting the community. After the Maui wildfires, PACE supported Lahainaluna PTSA’s relief efforts and championed workforce pathways through the Construction Industry of Maui, sponsoring its annual golf tournament to fund vocational programs. With local leadership and a service-first, employee-owned culture, PACE proudly serves Hawaii’s plumbers, contractors, and communities.
