We woke up earlier this year to Covid-19. I mentioned earlier that I founded STS Group in 2007, at the beginning of the worst economic downturn most of us have ever experienced. In many ways this was a blessing. I had to adapt or fail and the lessons learned along the way are only taught by experiencing tough times.
