Recently, I have taken over the helm of the ever-popular and informative Business View publications including Business View Caribbean. I view this opportunity as a great privilege and not one to be taken lightly. Being in the fortunate position of bringing informative, well-researched, and exciting features to our valued reading audience is a joy that I hope you will share with me as we take our journey together. As we firmly come to grips with the fall season and the nights grow shorter, many of us are turning to inside activities and are also looking forward to the wonders of the fast-approaching Christmas season. This holiday will represent the first in several years without any COVID restrictions to stand in the way of celebrating with loved ones. Unhindered, we can finally plan out our family festivities and take advantage of the local events that may be planned within our cherished local municipalities. While restrictions may have been lifted, COVID- related economic spin-offs may still be weighing down the agendas of companies, industries, and municipal agendas in the short term. Inflationary factors, supply chain slowdowns, and employee shortages still remain a real issue as we wind down 2022. Not to be deterred, many of the companies, townships, and industries that we had the opportunity to profile for November’s issue of Business View Magazine had one thing in common; resilience. It is this ability to regroup and come back stronger that makes the job of bringing these stories to you so enjoyable for the team at Business View Magazine. From our research department to the editorial staff, it is always a privilege to be able to speak to fascinating individuals that show such business savvy and have traveled interesting paths. In this issue we had the opportunity to speak with the founder of Superior Staffing and Services, a leading employment agency based in Hawaii, to discuss employment trends as well as highlight just what employees and employers are looking for in the post-COVID work environment. We also had the fortune of speaking with the founder of NIU Health and Doctors, also based in Hawaii, about a revolutionary new medical delivery service carried out online that enables patients to be far more involved in the health process. Turning traditional medical delivery on its head and riding the medical technology wave, NIU is pushing the envelope and pioneering new medical ground. Business View Magazine also spoke with city, town, and county officials from Sherwood, Oregon to Sandwich, Massachusetts, and towns across the country in between on a number of key issues ranging from local infrastructure upgrades to new residential and commercial developments springing up despite considerable supply chain and skilled labor shortages. As you read our latest edition of Business View Magazine my hope is that you come away with a little extra insight into the operational models of companies large and small and are perhaps inspired by the success stories that we are happy to bring to you every month.
