Reorganizing the company’s management structure is helping the company undertake scalable and controlled growth while ensuring all facilities run as per its core operating procedures. “With Rachel and I overseeing operations and John overseeing the clinical end of it, we are slowly developing an organizational structure that can manage such a rapidly growing company. Considering that we started in 2018 and now have fourteen facilities, it is a very exciting time for us, and we want to ensure we have the right structures in place to manage this growth.” Ignite Medical Resorts maintains close ties to the healthcare community in its areas, especially hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. That continuity improves service quality because it gives us additional context on guests regarding their clinical history.
