CAMPAIGN This public relations campaign and all of its ma- terials were created for use by NARPMmembers to promote to the public and other real estate related professionals about why they should use the ser- vices of a NARPMmember.There are several print marketing materials available for use in newspapers, magazines, trade publications, and more.There are five different full page ads/flyers, one digest size ad, and one business card size ad to select from.The ad themes include: Why Use a NARPMMember?, Bad Tenant FinallyMoves Out,Are You This Confident?, andWant Some Happy Clients? ANNUAL CONVENTION AND TRADE SHOW The Annual Convention and Trade Show is filled with opportunities for learning, networking, and examining the latest technology and trends of the NARPM residential management industry.NARPM provides nationally-known speakers, informative workshops and sessions, and the chance to visit with national affiliate vendors. BROKER/OWNER CONFERENCE AND EXPO This event is designed for Company Decision Makers only, and provides training on company operations and networking time with other Compa- ny Decision Makers.AVendor Expo is also included where attendees can visit with propertymanage- ment industry product providers. UNPARALLELED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES Membership in NARPM opens up networking op- portunities with propertymanagement colleagues throughout North America and around the world. BUSINESS-BUILDING REFERRALS AND MARKETING SUPPORT Members can build their business with referrals by networking with other members across the coun- try through the NARPM National website. DISCUSSION GROUPS NARPMmaintains Discussion Boards for several specialties within the organization.These Discus- sion Boards enable members to stay in contact, and share questions and concerns as they arise.There is a Discussion Board especially for professional members, and one for business owners and/or deci- sion makers in their respective companies.NARPM Discussion Boards receive very high member benefit marks. LOCAL CHAPTER OPPORTUNITIES Members can network with local propertymanag- ers and develop a local referral base, as well as work with other local managers to raise the level of pro- fessionalism in the industry, expand their preferred vendor list by using their local chapter’s affiliates, and develop a community presence by doing char- itable work and working with other propertyman- agement organizations to become politically active.
