Its design-build services include full home renovation, outdoor living, kitchens, bath- rooms, garage apartments, additions, all the way to complete custom-built homes. “My parents, Clarence and Stella Guerrero, started the company in 1957,” says daughter,Dolores Davis, General Manager of the 60-year-old firm.“My dad was a carpenter and after he got out of the navy, he went to school on the G.I. Bill and got enough edu- cation to do some architectural drawing and draft- ing. During the 1980s, three of my brothers started working for them and grew the company into what it is today.
