struction operations, said recent in-house corporate
initiatives have seen the company’s field operations
rely more on paperless automation to pay its contrac-
tors, which makes the process faster and more effi-
cient with less personnel.

$350,000 to $469,900. Meanwhile, the largest home
on the Shaddock website measures in at 6,228 square
feet and 18 of the 40 floor plans available include
4,000 square feet or more and priced up to $900,000.
