One of the things I’ve found to be true in this day and age is that word gets around,” he notes. “I’ve heard from people in the field that strangers call in to our company and say, ‘I’ve heard good things about you. All the postings on Facebook say you are a good place to work.’ From that perspective we have a continuous flow of applicants. There’s still the major process of interviewing, sifting through, and watching very closely as they enter our workforce and seeing that they’re maintaining standards. So, inhouse training and developing the workforce is a major effort.”
