The airport’s financial independence - operating without general fund or taxpayer support - has enabled strategic reinvestment of increased revenues into critical improvements across the facility. “Our growing activity has brought increased revenue, enabling us to replace aging infrastructure essential to our operations,” Venables says. The airport has allocated $65 million for capital investments over the next five years, addressing both current needs and future development opportunities. This comprehensive plan includes upgrades ranging from fundamental infrastructure to state-of-theart aviation facilities.
