We can never sit back on our haunches and say, oh, look what we’ve done. I think we need to continue to look forward and sit on the edge of our seats to make sure that we have the capacity to continue to grow and provide the customer service that gets people coming back,” he reflects. “When someone gets into their airplane and leaves here, I want them to have a smile on their face. So far, we’ve been very fortunate and we promise to continue to deliver on that.”
