But safety has always been paramount for the company, so they simply added new protocols to an already robust system. They also found ways to keep spirits up and refocus efforts to adapt in a changing environment. The result is a company that’s not only surviving the pandemic but is poised for substantial growth in the years to come. The firm has two facilities in California — Paso Robles and Hemet — as well as one in Sparks, Nevada that’s dedicated strictly to stainless steel tanks. It has a total of about 300 employees, roughly the same number prior to the pandemic.
