Currently, there are approximately 105 general aviation aircraft home-based at Tuscaloosa. “That’s a mixture of helicopter, singles, twins, turbos, and jets,” Powell notes. “We’ve been 100 percent occupied for the past 10 or 15 years, and we have a waiting list for single engines as well as jets.
