Larry Harris, General Manager of Palm
Beach Aircraft Propeller, Inc. said, “We
have come to rely on the Aeroscan
M5 to provide fast and accurate blade
measurements. We depend on it and
with the improvements in the new fully
automated design using laser sensors,
the results are far better than we antici-
pated.” The Aeroscan M5 aircraft pro-
peller blade measurement systems are
in operation in quality repair stations
and manufacturing facilities in the Unit-
ed States, Canada, Germany, France,
and Portugal.
Aeroscan was acquired from Twin Pre-
cision Industries by Palm Beach Air-
craft Propeller, Inc. in 2007. Palm Beach
Aircraft Propeller, Inc. was founded in
1982 by Robert O’Neill, Sr. and remains
a family- owned company located in
Lantana, Florida. It is both a Hartzell
Propeller and McCauley Propeller ap-
proved service center. Palm Beach Air-
craft Propeller, Inc. and Aeroscan are
operated from the same location allow-
ing Aeroscan the opportunity to be fully
involved in the propeller overhaul and
service industry.
