Kevin Dumas, Mansfield Town Manager, reports, “COVID-19 is a challenge for everyone. As for the town, it allowed our resiliency plans to be put to the test and we were able to go fully virtual within just one day, which is great. While some transactions had to be done manually in the building, we were providing all our town services in a virtual way to all of our residents and we are really proud of that.
