The business was started in 2011 by Justin Pe- ter,who,with little experience in the sector,was informed that, due to the oil and gas boom at the time in Texas, there was a need for certain services in the field, including hydrostatic, or pressure test- ing, on pipelines.“That piqued his interest,” says Chad Peter, Justin’s brother and current company Vice President.“Being an entrepreneur by nature, Justin looked into the opportunity.While white boarding ideas of what he wanted his next business to be, this idea was on the list.
