The many benefits of this business status become clear to her. The way to accomplish that was to transition Giroux Glass from its status as a privately held company, to that of an ESOP ( employee stock ownership plan), and she began the process. By October 2017, and with a new CEO and president, Natline Lomedico at the helm, the transition was complete. Giroux Glass became a 100 percent employee-owned company that continues to provide glass, glazing, and architectural metals to mainly commercial clients in the Southwest. Giroux Glass now operates branches in three states, with offices in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Las Vegas, Fresno, Orange County and Phoenix.
