Since its inception, Tioga State Bank has been working to make banking better for its customers. In addition to its Spencer location, bank offices were added in Owego in 1967 and the 1980s, Waverly in the 1990s, and into Binghamton in the early 2000s. Now, they are looking to expand further with sights set on a new office in Johnson City to be built in the near future.
