In turn, the creation of new jobs has caused more residential and commercial development in the Village, without any tax incentives, extended the municipal water and sewer service, and has substantially improved the surrounding roadways. The Village took advantage of a once in a generation opportunity to spread the costs of running the Village, over a much larger number of landowners. This is a big benefit to the Village residents, one they will feel for years to come.”
