Key partnerships go beyond government assistance, though. “The Bowman family and partners within the Greater Hagerstown Committee are instrumental in providing feedback and partnering on several projects,” he explains. Collaboration with local entities, like the Chamber of Commerce and county government, also remains vital to ensuring Hagerstown’s growth benefits the entire region. “What’s good for Hagerstown is good for Washington County, and it’s good for the fourstate region that we live in,” Nicewarner points out.
