This is a remarkable achievement considering that during the first 110 years of Glendale’s existence, only 16 million square feet of industrial space was developed. In addition, the region is more than capable of supporting about an additional 75 million square feet of industrial developments in the next several years. The city’s growth is also demonstrated in the approximately 8,300 single-family multi-purpose residential units that are slated for construction over the next few years that will help to support AT A GLANCE GLENDALE,ARIZONA WHAT: A thriving, fast-growing residential community WHERE: Maricopa County, South-Central Arizona WEBSITE: https://www.glendaleaz.com/
