and who truly care for kids, who truly care for the individuals around them, who truly care for the community.” Noting that the district is fundamentally a “people industry,” Rairigh points to the valued collaborations and partnerships that contribute to BCS’s success. He shares, “The Bryan Area Foundation, along with the city of Bryan as a whole have a mission to continually enhance and grow the city to be the best that it can be. We really work hand in hand with each other, and it allows a lot of the projects that we have, or the initiatives that are thought of, or the visions that are taking shape, to carry themselves forward and to become a reality.” LOOKING AHEAD As Bryan City Schools continue to evolve, the coming years promise significant change and growth.
