The Center will provide necessary areas for community activities and services including recreational opportunities, senior programs, mental & physical health services, and more. It will serve not only the community’s cultural and recreational needs but allow for multipurpose spaces that can be programmed for the benefit of public health, such as an emergency relief center (E.g. cooling/ warming shelter, disaster relief, food distribution).
