This achievement marked a significant economic milestone,with an impressive $1.5 billion investment poured into the 1,800-acre site. The flexibility of NorthPoint’s partnership approach and the availability of Pennsylvania’s Keystone Opportunity Zone incentives played central roles in securing this major tenant. This substantial investment is expected to create up to 7,000 new permanent jobs and an extra 5,500 jobs in construction, substantially contributing to the region’s economic prosperity. Situated strategically along the East Coast, the Keystone Trade Center offers businesses efficient distribution and logistics solutions, further enhancing its appeal. Phase 1, already complete and fully leased, has added over 4 million square feet of new class-A industrial space. Phase 2 is in its final stages, and Phase 3 will commence later this year.
