In addition, Sellersburg is home to Ivy Tech Community College. “What makes Sellersburg unique is that we are younger than most communities in the local MSA. We are also one of the wealthiest communities in the local MSA from a per capita income standpoint, and our median home values are higher than most other communities in the Louisville MSA,” Smith says.
