Baytown is a proud and thriving community, and we are confident that San Jacinto Marketplace will be too. The reimagined San Jacinto Marketplace will be highly visible at the most dominant intersection in Baytown. Fidelis is focused on bringing a wide variety of desirable merchants, making it the premier shopping destination in the region. Baytown will enjoy dining, shopping, entertainment, and live-work-play options in an inviting and beautiful space. Even though our redevelopment has taken much longer than planned, we are confident that the remaining two merchants necessary to start the development – JCPenney and Macy’s – will have agreements with Fidelis in place by the end of this year.
