Our current council is very focused on making sure that Monmouth reflects the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We have added, with some city support but mostly volunteer-led, celebrations of Black History month, of Women’s History Month, our Latin and Hispanic Heritage Month. We’re really celebrating the diversity that we have.
