You don’t have to go by a store or market to be able to get your food; we’ll bring it to your home, your office, your doggy daycare.We offer the convenience of de- livery on top of the fresh advantage. So, that’s who we are and what we do.” BVM: What was on your agenda when you first came to Pet Wants? Hoots: “The first thing that I did when I came on board, last Septem- ber, was to reach out to our franchise owners and ask them about their satisfaction with their Pet Wants fran- chise business; ask them about what has gone right and what could have been improved.
