This project allows them to be off-site, working on something that they’re passionate about, and keep that motivation going to the end of their school year.” STUDENT-CENTERED LEARNING Medfield’s success is attributed to a student-first culture, where educators and staff prioritize the well- being and growth of students. “I think that’s what drives the work every day, we understand why we’re here,” says Dr. Marsden.“We’re also fortunate to have a supportive community where parents have high expectations for their kids and all of us. That’s an important piece of our overall success too, because we understand that we’re here for the kids, and we have great family support.
