Sarowitz: “We want to take the technology we have now and keep making it better. One of our big focuses is to get our reporting stronger, to make sure everything we do is accurate and that our clients can pull up the data when they need it, as soon as they need it. Trying to get our system as standardized as possible across all these countries is going to be a big thing, as we grow, but it’s a good challenge because it will make it much easier for us to scale. “Continued growth is another goal. Blue Marble has grown tremendously. The first year, when Kimberley came on, it was $1.5 million and this year we’ve projected over $17 million. So we’re growing very quickly and I think part of it is just adapting to that growth and making sure we’re meeting the needs of our clients.
