New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum brings to life the 4,000-year history of farming and ranching in New Mexico. The 47-acre interactive museum and working ranch is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, the highest national honor for museums, and has welcomed visitors from all over the world. We revive memories for some visitors, educate others, and provide a fun-filled day for everyone. Visitors can stroll along corrals filled with livestock, enjoy several gardens, or watch one of our living history demonstrations from blacksmithing to fiber arts. The enormous Bruce King main building contains more than 24,000 square feet of exhibit space, along with catering space for meetings and events, Heart of the Desert Gift Shop, and theater. For catering and renting venues in the Museum, please contact Marci Dickerson at (575) 6440778 or visit www.dickersonscatering.com. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens (60 and over), $5 for children ages 4 to 17 and $4 for active U.S. military and veterans. The museum is part of the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs and is located at 4100 Dripping Springs Road in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 575-522-4100 l 4100 Dripping Springs Road www.nmfarmandranchmuseum.org LAS CRUCES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
