A PLAN FOR THE FUTURE Going forward, Garcia says that the city is poised to renew its comprehensive master plan, which hasn’t been revisited in 25 years. “A lot has changed since then,” he shares. “And as we go forward with doing the important work for the community, we’ll be doing it in the strategic direction that our community desires. There are things that we need to revisit in this process, such as zoning and ordinances that are limiting growth.
