Staff are invited to share anything, raise issues and have their say. “It’s been a huge benefit to make sure that everybody communicates across divisions and departments and works together,” Jonathan adds. New hires are offered extensive training and become part of a two-person team that includes a lead and an apprentice. According to Jonathan, “This way we always have someone in training on the install end of our company.
