Looking to the near future of Moorpark, Brown is hoping to usher in new developments and finish many of the developments already in the works. Saxton’s goal is to have the general plan completed and to streamline the policy and processes for the business and residential communities, so that everyone knows exactly what they need to do – from large developers to renovators.
