So,there is a significant potential for growth inTexas. Long-term,McKim&Creed is developing a new strategicplan to carry it through 2025.“We had a 2015-2020 plan to double the company’s revenue,and we’re actuallyahead of that target,”Cawood says.“So, nowwe’re looking at our 2025 Plan.I suspect,without knowing any details,we’ll plan on doubling again.” Expanding the company footprint will also be part of the new plan, and Texas, Virginia, and Georgia are all on the table.“We will expand in areas where we can share resources.This is another one of our key factors to success.
